One of the greatest attractions of our Restaurant, the HUARINGAS BAR, is one of the most visited bars in the city of Lima, Peru. It was created and developed by Miss Maria del Rosario Alcorta Dulanto, Cheff and member of the family which owns the Restaurant. The bar offers an inviting array of drinks prepared with the Peruvian pisco, such as the classic pisco sour; the passionfruit pisco sour; the pisco sour prepared with pisco macerated in coca leaves, also known as the “witch” or “brujo sour”, and the full array of drinks that a highly professional bar offers to its dynamic and exacting clientele. The HUARINGAS BAR also serves a delicious gastronomic menu crafted by this cheff, blending national and international flavors in a pleasant musical environment: live electronic jazz, modern instrumental music combined with live music in a conception of great harmony.
